What kind of financial reports do I receive?
You receive a full set of financials: Income Statement and Balance Sheet as well as weekly Credit Card and Cash Reconciliation Reports, AP Aging Reports, Operational Reports, and any other reports you would like based on your needs. All delivered by the 10th business day of the month or period close.
What kind of accounting software do you use?
We use all supported versions of QuickBooks and Sage Intaact as well as other tools that allow us to deliver accurate and timely financial services to you.
How do I get information to you?
Since we serve clients throughout the North America, we utilize secure methods of data transfer via the internet. This enables us to quickly and accurately produce all financial deliverables to you without you spending any time gathering, scanning, emailing, mailing, etc.
Are you less expensive than a CPA?
Yes, the majority of CPA’s will charge higher rates for bookkeeping services. We work symbiotically with many CPA’s to provide their clients with a cost savings while preserving very high level of work.
How much are your fees?
We offer pre-packaged services with low monthly rates and/or we could customize a solution for you.
